Foreword
Link To Zelda-Verse is a serious platform, and to ensure the high quality of its content, there are certain rules to follow when integrating this platform.
Link To Zelda-Verse lets everyone contribute to amateur projects based on The Legend of Zelda license in a variety of ways.
It's a platform that brings together a maximum number of projects and skilled people in one place.
Projects are listed, as are the relevant people.
A project manager can therefore contact a competent person to ask for help in his or her area of expertise, but a competent person can also contact a project manager to offer help. So the process can go either way.
Projects are not managed by the platform. They are managed by their managers on their own site, server, social network etc... They are simply listed here.
The principle
Whether you want to add your project to the platform or integrate your skills, you need to apply for registration so that moderation can integrate them.
Your registration request will be analyzed within a maximum of 24 hours before being accepted or rejected, in order to check that the content is compliant and does not pose any ethical problems.
Requests with pornographic, unhealthy or offensive content will be systematically refused.
Multiple requests are possible.
Registration
For the platform
Link to Zelda-Verse is an amateur project that will not require any financial compensation. Registration is completely free.
For project managers
Registering your project on the platform to find help is free of charge, and requesting help from a competent person is also free of charge. As a project manager, if you ask someone for occasional help, they must agree to help you free of charge.
For skilled people
Registering your skills on the platform to help projects is free of charge. When you contact a project manager to offer your help, you must offer your assistance free of charge.
Special cases
Whether you're asking for help or offering it, we'll always do it in a spirit of mutual aid and generosity: for free.
You are, however, free to ask for financial compensation, but this will remain an arrangement between you. The platform is designed solely to help projects find help and to help fans find projects to help. However, it is not forbidden to offer or request financial compensation for the help you provide. If this is the case, the platform declines all responsibility in the event of a dispute, as this is basically an arrangement between you that is not provided for by the platform.
Financial compensation
The list of projects will indicate how to contact the project manager. All you have to do is contact him/her as indicated to offer your help.
In the list of skills, you'll find contact details for each person. Contact them as mentioned to ask for their help.
Whatever the type of request, you are under no obligation to accept it. Everyone is free to accept or refuse requests or proposals.
When a request is accepted, the project manager simply informs the moderator that the person concerned is going to help with the project. If financial compensation is involved, this should be mentioned without specifying the amount, which should remain confidential. In the skills list, each person will have a help counter, so each time a person helps a project, his or her counter will be incremented.
A support counter will also be present for each project. Each time a project receives aid, this counter will be incremented.
ATTENTION: Registering on the platform means that you agree to help or be helped from time to time. So please don't sign up just to be listed. This is a self-help platform.
How does it work?
You're probably wondering why it's not more automated than that.
The reason is simple:
Setting up a project like this, even in its current state, already requires a lot of work, and for the moment it's not certain that anyone will be interested. As I'm setting it up on my own, with my ALTTP remake project to deal with, I've decided to start small and see if the project takes off. If you like the project and it grows, I'll do what's necessary to improve the process. I already have a lot of ideas in mind that I haven't implemented here yet, but will if the project grows.
What's more, it makes it easy for me to check that the content on offer isn't obscene, so I can be sure that everything on the platform is of high quality.
